Dylan Steele is our newest addition to the Crescent Construction team. He is a Columbia native and calls Chapin his home. Dylan brings with him over 5 years of roofing experience. During his extensive tenure within the roofing industry Dylan has acquired many skills. He has developed lasting relationships with several contractors that allows him to select the right group for each project and tailor it specifically to any customer’s needs. Dylan started his career honing his skills at locally owned Shenandoah Restorations, where he worked alongside craftsman in glass, metal, and fine carpentry. He has also become an expert in metal fabrication specifically copper soldering for clients that want just a little bit more of an artistic touch. Dylan holds several certifications specifically OSHA 10, he has already started to leave an impact as our resident safety expert. Our hope at Crescent is to cultivate a culture that helps all of our employees succeed and grow during their time with us.
